Avatar/Brand Selection: Each vendor booth stands out with their own logos and branding as well as diverse avatars that every exhibitor can select from personally.

Vendor Requirements
Vendors will be expected to partner with The Vitality Summit 2025 in the following ways:

Participate in the marketing and promotion of the event to their lists of potential attendees by sending out:

Various emails, including newsletter promotion where applicable with your unique coupon code link.*

Social Media posting and tagging.*
-
Promotion on all podcast, blog, and website spaces available.*
-

Provide your logo and in appropriate size and resolution specified.
-
Provide all marketing copy needed to describe and promote your participation across all media.

Provide digital Swag bag giveaway item(s) that meet the criteria of the event.

Work with our event vendor to build your custom booth and make it operational prior to the event day.

Pay for their Vendor Package and sign all required contractual documentation in a timely manner.

Attend the Event Rehearsal two days prior to the event (January 9, 2025, time TBA).

Provide booth management and attendance in both the morning and afternoon sessions.
